****** About Living Traditions Homestead ******
Living Traditions Homestead is all about living a simple and sustainable way of life. We believe the world has gotten too “busy” and that people are missing out on many of the true blessings this world has to offer. We started as a small urban homestead in Gilbert, AZ and after the city grew up around us, decided it was time leave corporate America and take a big leap of faith by moving our family to the Missouri Ozarks.
We put out 2 new videos every week! Tuesday and Saturday. We hope you will become part of our homestead family by subscribing to our channel and watching as we give up the rat race and live simpler, more fulfilling life in the country.
We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.
So happy to see that smiling face again. I was starting to worry .

@Lazee S Homestead me three
I was so hungry after watching you make this – and then the taste test! and I don’t even like red peppers, but I’d give this a go. Looks fantastic. Thankyou for such happy and easy instructions!

Have a blessed weekend to you all!!!
This looks so good!
I have to say after a summer of binge watching ALL of your videos, I am missing them as I wait for the current ones to be posted! 😉
Stay well! 😘
Teresa Doyle It takes waaaaay too long for the next Saturday to come around doesn’t it? 😁
Storie Colopy It sure does!😫
That was me last year. I think I’ll start over and watch them all again.
I can see a meatloaf done in the same manner. Thank you and be blessed
For those who don’t like peppers big beef tomatoes are great stuffed too.
They bake wonderfully well in the oven.
I always kept the tops of my peppers and tomatoes to pop back on like lids. The kids loved opening their own little pots.
Its always fun watching how everyone cooks, thank you for sharing
Not a fan of tomatoes cooked. Even sauces
Will have to try this! ❤️
@North-n-South Homestead Alfredo sauce would be good.
after my grandma picked her peppers she made this dish and we ate it all week. add some greens steamed then fried with garlic and a little rice to the meat, sauce and cheese and you have all 4 food groups packed inside a pepper.
Gotta try this one, but we’re gonna make it in the smoker with just a touch of Apple wood smoke!!
That sounds so yummy!
Sounds delicious 😋
I miss having a smoker. That sounds so good!
Sounds fabulous ❤️
@Child Of Jehovah yes it does 😊
Me and you girlfriend, our ‘dinner parties’ are big covered dish ‘get togethers’. This recipe looks AMAZING! Thank you
We love the ajvaski peppers but we grew corno di toro this year also and wow. They are huge and absolutely loaded.
Sarah you are such a treasure to all of us! Trying new things is awesome. I’m sure those watching will try these stuffed peppers. You are such a great teacher that clearly explains everything without missing a step. And if you did you just roll with it! So refreshing. I also enjoy how you husband shares his cooking skills. You two are a great team. Thank you for allowing us to be in your home. Be well and God bless your family.
P. S. This recipe takes me back to my Italian neighbour who taught me so much about cooking her traditional Stuffed peppers and so many other dishes from scratch.
I agree 😊
Who in their right mind would click the thumbs down button 22 times to this video? Ya’ll are crazy to me!
Carbs with pasta. No me Gusta
Must be someone who hates peppers or is vegan. I don’t like peppers but it looks so good, I think I will try it. My hubby would love it
The 29 thumbs down are from vegans who don’t know what they are missing 😂
hey, I’m vegan and I love Sarah’s videos. I was thinking I could adapt this with a squash/rice stuffing. I used to eat meat; I remember how delicious it is. Through others, I enjoy it vicariously. I’m ok with animals that are raised with a good life. Thanks, Sarah.
Black beans and rice with all the Italian seasonings would be awesome too.
Sarah, any tips or thoughts on growing the ajvarski’s? I have tried for 2 yrs and maybe get 1. My other pepper plants ( now that I have found varieties that will grow here in New England), are loaded. This year has been crazy productive in the garden for tomato, pepper and eggplant! Oddly, we are in a severe drought here and I didn’t water all that often, just enough to keep things from dying. Seems to be the trick tho. Also, you should try taco stuffed peppers! I’m sure there are other ethnicities that would do well too!
Who’s with me? Road trip to Missouri to throw a dinner party with Sarah?
Lol if I could, I would. Would love to meet them. Been watching since the beginning. ❤️❤️❤️
WOW! I WATCHED THIS THIS MORNIN AND IT LOOKED SO GOOD I MADE IT FOR DINNER. My mom is a very picky eater and she Loved it! Thanks!
You’re making me hungry and I’ve just finished dinner. Dad
