I love your videos — thanks so much for doing them. You inspired me to purchase a better dehydrator and try dehydrating again. I am sooo excited and anxious for the new dehydrator to come. By the way, video #4 of the cooking with dehydrated foods seems to be missing.

i wished you would do a video or two on making jerky which js something i really love thanks
I never had much success with fruit rollups before but will try again now I have your know how, thanks Dayla1960
Wow~I used to make fruit roll ups for my boys when they were younger and you just made it so much easier!!! It was so much work! They may take longer to dry this way, but so much less work. I can’t wait to get a food dehydrator!
I noticed the raspberries look exactly like raspberries~Do they not shrink?
Hi,
I was wondering have you ever used cantaloupe for fruit roll-ups? If so do you mix it with any other fruit or just use it by its self?
Thanks! Oh and I LOVE your videos;-) Thanks for all the great info!
where did you get the meat grinder?
you have the best kitchen tools and gadgets!! awesome! have you ever used a mandolin to slice fruit et al for dehydration?
I can’t get enough of your videos! Can’t wait to start dehydrating!
love your videos, but when you run your vacuum sealer and grinder it blows out my speakers.
I love, love, love your videos. I own your book but this just brings it to life for me – you make it look easy and I am sure I will get there it is a matter of changing the way I look at things. I don’t know how long you have done this for but this is a brilliant way to store foods and I wish I had started long ago but it’s never to late to learn!! Thank you for these videos!
no no no on the zip lock bags in the dehydrator.. any plastic when heated or frozen gives off a toxin called dioxin that is a carcinogen. use parchment paper or soy wax paper. otherwise great series. have watched the whole thing. very informative. but don’t put plastic in the dehydrator with your food.
Victoria Blank Parchment paper cut to size is perfect and can be used over and over or order the covers from Amazon.
awesome instructor…thanks so much for sharing
Ive been looking for information like this forever. Thank you so much!
I absolutely love this. You are awesome.
Just found your channel and I have watched about 10 videos and still watching. Thank you so much, you are amazing, when cooking for my family I would never wear gloves, I hate them.
Aré you still making videos …..
I want to see more can’t find them
Fruit rollups at 15-18 hours running the dehydrator at 1000 watts :0
when I dehydrated cauliflour it didn’t hydrate to a nice white , do I need to blanch it first ? I can see your a busy lady and don’t answer questions. But I do like your videos TY.
I can see that I’m going to have to look for a wheat grinder!!! My coffee grinder does a terrible job and another electric food grinder is just as bad! Yep, I need a wheat grinder! Question … do you dry orange zest to make orange powder??
