How long to those SOS ration really last? I’ve heard they really never expire.

  • Yurr Next

Merry Christmas to you and yours.
    Long live the Republic

  • WickedSensation

Be careful buying used issued GI canteen cups. A lot of soldiers spray paint them silver to turn in, inspections or to sell so they look brand new. You do NOT want to be boiling a painted cup.

    • WickedSensation

James Ritchie yea because every business is up to your lofty standards. Move along idiot CIF is full of painted Canteens because that’s THE only way they get turned in if they have ever been used.

    • Mike Leahy

You must have had a shitty CIF, i mean they were tough on us yeah but we were all coming up on our EAS so i guess they didn’t care enough.

    • Cipher Space

The old adage, better to be safe than sorry. Thanks for the heads up. Some people just need to be be know it all and negative.

    • Paratrooper

  • Brett Howes

you should encourage people to take note of when they apply the tourniquet because once applied they are NOT to remove ti and it helps medical staff A LOT to know for how long its been applied for

Christopher Ellis A compression bandage here in the US is used to stop major bleeding. You know, I have a friend in England, sometimes our communication get interesting because one single word means different things in different countries. LOL! Here’s an example, we have a battery operated hand held light. In the UK it’s called a Torch and in the US it’s called a Flashlight. I have no idea what you call it? Now to add a little more confusion, in the US a Torch is a stick with one end on fire and burning. I guess we are one people separated be a common language. LOL!! Well, that makes life interesting!

    • Christopher Ellis

+rickd248 that’s what it generally used for, as well as snake of spider bites. Torch has batteries, except in historical tales. Usage is king, except in print. I once saw “pray upon” for “pray over”, and “prey upon” has a totally different effect.

    • A Keeper Of Odd Knowledge

rickd248 ; Yeah, the language barrier can definitely put a spanner in the works!

    • rickd248

A Keeper Of Odd Knowledge Yes, you have to watch those spanners or you could really wrench something up. You can earth something or you can ground it. My favorite is the humble biscuit. To me it’s a bread like food that has been baked. It’s best served split in half and covered in gravy. From what I’ve been told a biscuit is the same thing as what we call a cookie. Cheers mate!

    • Christopher Ellis

+rickd248 correct! Cookie is from the Dutch, kookje, a little cake. Biscuit is a term from pottery, referring to the texture of the baked clay.

  • Tactical Ultimatum

You said a bizillion about a bizillion times

brother… Very well put together video added to my survival playlist

  • KingSureShot

If you are a liberal you need a sign to hold that says you are gun free, because bad people will not Mess with you.

    • EJ P

Blue states by far have the most debt and people are leaving in droves due to high taxation, left wing socilaist values, anti-business environments and pro illegal alien immigration sucking the life out of their states’ social services, schools and hospitals. Look at CA, NY, MI, MA, CT, WA, OR, all run by democtrat socilaists, all failing with economies getting worse and worse all the time. Look at Detriot, run by socialists for 50 years…failed. Look at Puerto Rico, I know not a state but a territory run like Detroit, they just filed bankruptcy. High taxes, red tape, bigger government with their boot on our necks, PC socialist culture picking winners and losers via social bullying, eventually will ALWAYS lead to COLLAPSE.

    • Glen Gerod

EJ – wrong answer punk. The governor is a Rethuglican. Michigan is a swing state at best. you can talk sh!t about the successful blue States all day long, but their economy dwarfs all the reds put together on their worst day

    • haleskiss

KingSureShot I’m a liberal, I own guns, and I know how to use them, please come and take my supplies if you think you can.

    • Marty Lucas

Glen Gerod, it’s obvious that you’re a knucklehead liberal. I believe what you meant to say was (even though it is incorrect, please provide links to support your BS), “their economy dwarfs all the reds put together on their ‘best’ day…lol…not ‘worst’ day. You may want to edit this or better yet, remove it entirely.

    • Glen Gerod

KingSureShot -whatever you red state Podunk illiterate inbred loser

  • Catlin Young

For those who give you a hard time, Sootch, I agree with your line of reasoning of “Better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.” All the naysayers will be one the ones who come to you first and either beg or try to steal your stuff because they refused to step up and take responsibility for themselves and their loved ones. Nice video, sir.

  • Parrot Bill

Thank God Trump won so we can take a break and go camping for fun, not survival for the moment. Thanks for doing what you do for us.

      Parrot Bill Thank God

Amen, God Bless and Merry Christmas, Birthday of our Lord. Now that should piss off a few liberals!

    • trip madden

Parrot Bill Actually I believe that they may have “let” him win so they can push a civil war and economic collapse and blame it on him. I’m a die hard Trump supporter and was and am happy he won. But With the left doing all they are now I’m MORE. Sure there will be a war now than when Obama was in office. Actually think he will be and is the leader of the anti Trump left in this civil war.

    • Andrew Pit

      hahaha

  • C Wiskus

the 22 could be argued to be more effective in self defense then the shot gun because if the enemy is a longer range out you are kind of sol depending on your shotgun load.

  • Gregory Adkins

Did he really say a flashlight is invaluable, especially in the DARK.

  • edmond griffin

    What, no tp???????????????

  • Connor Bailie

That fire steel is fucking garbage if it’s the one I’m thinking of. You should invest into a higher quality one like a light my fire thick fire steel
