How long do they last in a vacuumed sealed Mason Jar? Thanks!
Amazing – how those veggies and fruit shrink down after dehydration. Thks for sharing! I noticed that you keep your dehydrators on your kitchen counter- do they radiate a lot of heat?
I learn something new each time I watch your videos! I now have y wife watching them as well. You have answered many questions we had found your way of dehydrating foods to be the most informative on the net. Thank you for taking the time and your hard work to share your knowledge.
Drak
Loved this Two Part Videos! Specially that you made the comparison of the quantities by the end! This gives us an idea on quantities when cooking!
Nubeck: I started storing food about a year and a half ago and everyone thought I was insane at first. My teenage son also laughed at me and rolled his eyes a lot. Then the market collapsed and people started asking questions and wondering how I knew it was coming. Then the layoffs started. Now, I have friends who are learning to can food with me and a lot of people don’t think I’m so crazy anymore. hehe Mom’s know best!
Thank you so much I bought 25 lbs and I didn’t want to mess them up. What a blessing you are.
Thank you for this video! You have inspired me to buy a dehydrator and dry all kinds of veggies. Have you dried frozen spinach before? Thanks again!!
Very informative. Thanks for taking the time to share these videos with us.
I love the information and the CCR that you played while waiting 😉 Awesome!!
Great video. Great music playing in the video by the way.
I just received my first dehydrator and I’m getting ready to use it for the first time. Thanks for all the visuals, so I know when its done how it is supposed to look.
thank you for all your video – I have learned a lot
Do you have a video on how to dehydrate MEATS ???
I am really into this dehydrating foods.. Loving the music. Lol.
Does anyone have a good recipe for the Amish green bean chips? I love those things!
Thank you so much for these videos.. I’m new to dehydrating, and just purchased my first dehydrator. I didn’t think the food looked right (it was still pliable and still had moisture in it) even after doubling and tripling the recommended time. After watching your videos, I realize I need a better dehydrator! I had no idea I could do so much with dehydrated foods! We’re starting to prep, feeling it’s really time, and your video’s just opened up a whole new world of ideas for me! Wish you were still making the video’s, but will continue watching all the wonderful ones you’ve made. Thank you so much.
Great demonstration thanks a bunch for sharing (; I look forward to trying it!
